Unique Bunny will NOT accept returns unless there is a quality issue with the product.
We will consider an exchange or refund only if the product is within seven days of purchase and comes with an original receipt or membership purchase record in the system. Items must be in their original state: unopened packaging, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached.
Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal or lesser value. If the customer wants to exchange for a higher-value product, they shall pay the difference.
Returned merchandise paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. gift certificates etc.) will receive an exchange or refund in the form of store-credit onto a Unique Bunny Gift Card. Cash will not be issued.
