Unique Bunny will NOT accept returns unless there is a quality issue with non-skincare and cosmetic products.
However, for such non-skincare and cosmetic products, we can consider and exchange or refund only if the product is within seven days of purchase, with the original receipt or membership purchase record within our system. The purchased items must be in their original state: unopened, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, intact packaging, and with all original tags attached.
Notice: Due to COVID, all refunds and exchanges will be denied unless there is a quality issue.
For skincare and cosmetic products, we may consider and exchange or refund on opened and lightly used products under extraordinary circumstance under the discretion of the acting supervisor. The product must be within seven days of purchase with an original receipt or memberships purchase record.
All refunds will only be in store credit. Any other refunds will be declined.
