Treat yourself to the spectacular flavours of Kyushu with this soy sauce ramen, inspired by Nagasaki’s local ramen varieties. This packet contains enough ramen noodles for two serves, plus sachets of soup and seasoning oil, made particularly special by the addition of flying fish dashi.
Bring 500ml of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for three minutes. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.
