Marutai Hakata Ramen
One of the best non-fried ramen with tonkotsu flavour in Japan. From the birthplace of tonkotsu Hakata, Kyushu, Japan. A flavorsome Hakata Nagahama-style tonkotsu soup. Onion, etc. is added to pork extract and quickly cooked at high heat. Then white pepper, ground sesame and roasted sesame are added and it is finished with soy sauce. Comes with seasoning to bring out the tonkotsu flavor and richness.
Instructions:
Bring 500ml of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for three minutes. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.
