Yatsuhashi is a traditional Kyoto sweet made with cinnamon. A rich milk cream and Japanese red bean paste are wrapped in a slightly fragrant Nikki -cinnamon and the fresh Yatsuhashi dough with the taste of elegant Kyoto Kinako.
