Kagoshima Black Pork Tonkotsu Ramen is one of the best non-fried ramen with tonkotsu flavour in Japan. With a fine Berkshire pig tonkotsu soup made using the bones of kurobuta from Kagoshima. Finished with a flavour that allows you to experience the fragrance and sweetness of vegetables. Contains scorched spring onions, a feature of Kagoshima ramen.
Bring 500ml of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for three minutes. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.
