Nagahamaya Tonkotsu Ramen
These noodles are cooked for only 90 seconds, making them a delicious and quick meal for those who don't want to wait for their food. The soup is a pork bone soup, full of flavour. The toppings for this meal uses seasoned pork, roasted sesame, and green onions to match the ingredients of Ganso Nagahamaya, and is accompanied by pickled ginger.
Bring 500ml of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for 90 seconds. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.
