One of the best non-fried ramen with tonkotsu flavour in Japan. The umami of bonito and konbu are added to a chicken stock soup and soy sauce base, creating a chicken bone soy sauce soup with a simple yet irresistible flavor. Comes with yuzu peel powder from Oita Prefecture that radically changes the flavour of the soup.
Bring 500ml of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for three minutes. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.
