Scallop powder is an ingredient that is used as a quality improver and has an antibacterial effect. When vegetables and fruits are soaked in water mixed with this product for 5 to 10 minutes, the number of bacteria attached to the produce is reduced. Can also be used for cleaning and disinfecting cooking utensils and tableware.
How to use:
Pour water into a bowl or tub, add this product and mix gently. Make a solution in 1 L of water with about 1 to 1.5 g of this product as a guide (sprinkle 2 to 3 times). Add vegetables and fruits and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Dirt will dissolve and a white turbid or oily film will emerge. Rinse and eat.
